One of the best things I have done for myself is start a gratitude journal.

It has helped me tremendously when it comes to my mindset. I no longer get stuck on the negative things in my life like how much I have to do, how no one helps, and how tired I always am.

Instead everyday I see the blessings God has put in my life and I focus on those instead.

Sometimes when I get to spend time alone, I ask Alexa to put on a podcast.

Listening to a podcast helps me to learn, laugh, or cry depending on what kind of podcast I am listening to.

In fact, some of the podcasts I listen to feel like I know the the hosts personally.  Which is great because it’s super hard to make friends as a mom, or is that just me?

Create A Budget

You know how you want to take a vacation but it seems like you never have enough money to do so?

Well, now is the time to set a budget.

Pick a place you want to go and figure out how much you will need to save each month to do so.

The best way to do this is by creating a budget that is detailed with your monthly expenses and income. 

Drink Water

I see you sis looking for that bottle of water as you read this. You know as well as I know that you have not been properly hydrating yourself.

When you don’t drink enough water, you can suffer from some of these:
